Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb cubed grass fed stew meat
1 sm can diced tomatoes
6 large carrots cut into large pieces
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
pepper to taste
2 lbs red potatoes (add in last hour)

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ¼ lb)
¼ C. pure maple or maple-flavored syrup
2 T. mayonnaise

Blueberry Buttermilk Coffee Cake
This recipe is one of my ABSOLUTE favorites! It comes out very moist. The orange peel is an important ingredient that really makes the taste fantastic. I have used a few substitutes for it though. Lemon peel works and of course, the extracts instead of the peels is an acceptable substitute if you don’t have an orange on hand.

Peanut Butter Dip with a Bit o’ Honey!
This dip isn’t just for kids! This is a great quick and easy dip to whip up for guests of all ages. If you have peanut allergies but you can eat almonds, try substituting the peanut butter for almond butter!
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Honey
1 tsp cinnamon

No Cream Creamy Cauliflower Potato Soup
One Saturday I went to the Waxhaw Farmer’s Market to pick up some fresh produce. As I was standing in line I chatted with a woman and her husband. We started talking about eating healthy and some recipes we love. I was buying cauliflower and she told me about her recipe for making a creamy cauliflower soup without using cream!
