Because of the way they’re constructed, the modular homes we build are stronger and greener than any on-site construction. Our controlled-environment manufacturing enables us to construct homes from the inside out; drywall seams, outlet joints and other openings are sealed airtight before enclosing them in the outer walls. Our controlled, factory environment also enables us to subject our homes to quality-assurance inspections far more detailed and frequent than would be economically feasible on site. The result is a structure that stands up better to both weather and time.

You cannot visit Tega Cay without viewing Tega Cay Golf Club. With 27 holes of championship golf, club house and restaurant, golf and tennis shop, 4 tennis courts, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and the Glennon Community Center, it guarantees to deliver satisfaction to every member of your family.

If you’re an avid golfer, here’s a home that sits less than a mile from the clubhouse. Rightly named “Beautiful Penisula” in Polynesian, Tega Cay is a cove full of treasures just waiting to be discovered. I will follow this quick update with some photos…but first, here is our status update!  Footer, foundation, framing, roof, rough plumbing, rough HVAC, and rough electric complete.  Heading into an inspection and then on to insulation!  Then we start the really fun part, we can’t wait to see the two story fireplace stonework come together with the cedar beams!
