Now, you can purchase as much home as you need, then expand upon it as your need for additional living space grows. With traditional stick building, an addition can take months or longer and during that time, the home is in total disrepair and disarray. Through Creative Spaces, adding space to your home has never been easier, quicker and less disruptive. Your addition will be constructed in our controlled factory environment, where weather and missing materials are never an issue. Once your Creative Space addition is constructed, we’ll bring the completed modular unit to your home intact. Within a few weeks, we’ll have completed all on-site construction and you have your new addition…all without the disruption of major demolition work.
There are several options to choose from or work with us to design your own dream! The option below is called “The First Floor Master Suite.” You can choose from one of our many ideas, reconfigure one of them, or we’ll help you design your own to fit your needs and lifestyle!

Visit the Handcrafted Homes facility! Join us at one of our “Plant Tour Events” every Saturday except holiday weekends. The tour starts at 10:00 AM in our conference room with a brief informational session. This is followed by a guided tour of our production facility where you will see homes in all stages of construction. Once the factory tour is done, you’ll be taken to our three fully decorated, on-site model homes to see the finished product. The tour wraps up at 12:00 PM.
