"We spoke with five general contractors and took bids from each before choosing to work with Kara Cozier and NavMak. It turned out to be a great choice-- the project started with demolition of an existing building and ended with a wonderful new space. The coordination and communication were excellent from the beginning. We really appreciated the knowledge Kara, Jim, Mark and the team of subcontractors brought to us. They worked closely with our architect, Charles McClure (McClure, Montgomery & Nicholson) and shared their experience to make our office/bunk house both beautiful and functional. We are going to embark on a large renovation of an older farmhouse soon and I'm excited to start working with them again."
