Because of the way they’re constructed, the modular homes we build are stronger and greener than any on-site construction. Our controlled-environment manufacturing enables us to construct homes from the inside out; drywall seams, outlet joints and other openings are sealed airtight before enclosing them in the outer walls. Our controlled, factory environment also enables us to subject our homes to quality-assurance inspections far more detailed and frequent than would be economically feasible on site. The result is a structure that stands up better to both weather and time.

Traditional, on-site construction can take, on average, six to 10 months.Waiting for a home can present a myriad number of complications and challenges, including the need for an interim residence and storage of personal belongings. Needless to say, it can severely disrupt a family’s life. Our modular, off-site construction takes place in a controlled factory environment. Delays and cost overruns are no longer an issue since production cannot be slowed by weather, contractor no-shows or missing materials. Our skilled craftsmen, along with your local builder, can construct your home in a third of the time involved in traditional on-site construction.

"It's been said before - you have to see it to believe it. A tour of our facility and models in Henderson, NC will give you the chance to do that. To fully appreciate our commitment to delivering a quality product and the advantages of modular construction, you must see our facility and learn about our building process first hand. Your questions are always welcomed and always answered.
Join us at one of our "Plant Tour Events" every Saturday except holiday weekends. The tour starts at 10:00 AM in our conference room with a brief informational session. This is followed by a guided tour of our production facility where you will see homes in all stages of construction. Once the factory tour is done, you’ll be taken to our three fully decorated, on-site model homes to see the finished product. The tour wraps up at 12:00 PM.
